Preparation - Week 1

Began the evening in prayer and praise.

We had a time of sharing why everyone wanted to go on this mission trip.

Went over the materials they need to get:

• Binder (3 Ring)
• Journal
• Books
  
• Operation World
• Intro to World Missions
• OMF Mission Book
  

• Homework:
• Begin fasting
  
• Find 2 prayer partners
  
• Write out what expectations they have for this trip
  
• Get their supplies
• Memory verse: Romans 1:16 (NIV)
  

Got their "official" passport names.

Had a time of prayer in small groups and all together.

Took individual pictures for prayer cards and support letters.

Met up with experienced team members afterwards, seeking to train them for mission team leadership for future teams.
